Alan joined LegalSifter as an Advisor in February 2016.  His deep experience in software automation, sourcing/procurement, as well as in early-stage startup companies, will inform our product, growth, marketing, and overall company strategies.  Alan is a Founder at Prime Vector, a company that innovates repeatable processes to make organizations operate better, using lean sigma and intelligent automation to increase profit, improve customer satisfaction, and grow client cultures.  He has worked as the Vice President of Denali - A WNS Company, a Partner at Meakem Becker Venture Capital, a Senior Director at FreeMarkets and its acquirer, Ariba, and as an Associate at McKinsey & Company.  Alan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from the University of California, Berkeley.
