Reg Weatherly provides banking subject matter expertise and leadership within Sifting Services engagements. Reg has spent much of his career working with legal technology to serve his clients more efficiently and cost-effectively. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida and his Bachelor of Arts degree in American History from the University of Pennsylvania. Reg spent 10 years as an Associate attorney at Holland & Knight, Rose Schmidt, Hasley & DiSalle, and Equimark, where he ascended to co-General Counsel. Prior to joining the LegalSifter leadership team, Reg was a shareholder and practicing attorney at Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney, for 25 years, where he supported complex debt portfolio sales, due diligence reviews of syndicated corporate portfolios, and bank asset sales, among other engagements.
