Rob Marsh joined LegalSifter's Board of Directors in October 2017. He most recently spent seven years as the Vice President and Treasurer of Matthews International Corporation, a $1.5 billion, publicly-traded global provider of memorialization products, brand solutions, and industrial automation solutions, where he led debt and capital raising, investor relations for debt investors, operations for treasury, accounts receivable and accounts payable. He also led a number of technology implementations that improved efficiency and controls on a global basis. Prior to Matthews, Rob spent sixteen years at PNC Mezzanine Capital, where, as a Partner and member of the Investment Committee, he was responsible for sourcing, negotiating, closing, and monitoring investments in private companies, as well as participating in the management of the business and sourcing investor capital. Rob spent six years prior to that in various investment positions at PNC Capital Markets, Federated Investors, and Neuberger Berman. Rob earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Bucknell University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Carnegie Mellon University. Rob has also held the CFA designation since 1997.
