LegalSifter Hires Ross Friedman as Chief Financial Officer

LegalSifter®, the leading provider of AI-powered contract review and organization services, is delighted to announce the appointment of Ross Friedman to Chief Financial Officer. Friedman will be responsible for all of the company’s financial functions including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance, and investor relations. He brings more than 20 years of experience to LegalSifter, serving in a variety of finance and accounting roles in both public and private companies. Most recently, Ross was CFO of a digital media company and a SaaS company where he partnered with leadership teams to lead strategic growth initiatives, drive a data-based decision-making culture, and build high-performing teams.

Ross holds a Master of Arts degree in International Trade and Investment Policy from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee.
