With an extensive background in senior commercial and executive leadership roles, O'Nell brings over 20 years of experience driving growth and expanding market presence for high-growth teams and organizations.
As the SVP of Growth at LegalSifter, O'Nell will be responsible for spearheading the company's expansion initiatives, driving revenue growth, and strengthening strategic partnerships. Leveraging his expertise in scaling high-growth teams, O'Nell will play a crucial role in expanding LegalSifter's sales growth. With O'Nell's addition to the team, LegalSifter is well-positioned to accelerate its growth trajectory in AI-powered contract review and analysis.
In his previous role as the Senior Vice President of Partnerships and Payments at MarginEdge, a prominent restaurant management software company, O'Nell achieved remarkable success by closing three rounds of funding totaling over $50M. His strategic vision and dynamic leadership played a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and establishing MarginEdge as a market leader.
O'Nell's experience also includes serving as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence for Osage Venture Partners, a backer of CLM-provider, Malbek, where he provided invaluable insights and guidance to early-stage companies. As the Senior Vice President and National Head of Commercial Banking Business Development at KeyBank, he demonstrated his exceptional ability to forge strong partnerships and drive business expansion through reselling leading fintech solutions. O'Nell served as the CEO of PeopleLinx, a renowned social selling platform for enterprise sales teams, successfully leading the company through a profitable exit in 2017.
O'Nell graduated from Davidson College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and holds a Master's in Business Administration from the Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary.
