How do we create a new playbook?
Build one by hand in Playbook Manager, provision by provision, or use Playbook Builder to draft one from documents you already have. Playbook Builder is the AI-assisted build path inside Playbook Manager, and the draft it produces goes through review before it publishes.
What happens when we change a position?
A change applies to reviews run after it, not to reviews already completed. Playbooks are versioned, so a change is published as a new version of the playbook rather than an untracked edit.
