Your existing documents as the starting point
The engagement is scoped by what your organization already has:
- A documented negotiation guide, policy, or playbook with your key positions, preferred language, and internal guidance. Redlined contracts and a template are helpful and not required.
- Your preferred contract template and at least five redlined contracts, for positions that exist in practice and have never been written down.
- At least five first-pass sample redlines of counterparty paper, with no template or documented guide available.
- No source documents at all, with positions built from scratch alongside your team.
Positions tuned and tested before go-live
Our architects draft the positions, then tune and test them with your subject matter experts before the playbook runs on live contracts. Every package covers tuning and testing for up to 40 positions, and additional positions are scoped with you.
Playbook optimization that continues with use
A playbook that has run on live contracts shows where its positions need adjusting. Optional maintenance support keeps our architects available to make those adjustments as your review volume builds and your standards move.

Why use this instead of building our own?
Because you want expert help rather than a build project. Many customers build and manage their own playbooks with Playbook Builder and Playbook Manager, including customers who also have playbooks built for them. The architecture team is for organizations that would rather hand the work to people who do it every day.
Do we need a custom playbook to use ReviewPro?
No. More than 100 standard playbooks cover common agreement types and are available on day one. Custom playbook architecture is a separate service you can add whenever you want it.
What does it cost?
Playbook architecture is priced per playbook and the price depends on which of the four starting points above applies to you. We will scope it with you.
