Provision-level precision

A playbook covers every provision that matters in its contract type. For each one it sets out your position, your preferred language, the redline instruction, and examples of how the edit should be made.

Tune positions provision by provision, with every edit traceable to a specific rule for audit-ready explainability.

Continuous optimization

A playbook can start simple and grow. Add provisions as you need them, and add detail and examples to the provisions you already have.

Every playbook update improves all future reviews, targeting 95% automation where copilots plateau at 30-40%.

FAQ

What is the difference between an issue flagging playbook and a redlining playbook?

An issue flagging playbook finds the provisions that matter, tells you what is wrong or missing, and provides guidance. A redlining playbook does that and then makes the edits, adds the deletions, and writes the counterparty comments.

Who writes the standard playbooks?

Lawyers. The library is lawyer-authored and the guidance in it was written by practising contract lawyers.

Can we have a playbook tailored for us?

Yes. Tune provisions, positions, actions, and examples yourself in the Playbook Manager, or have LegalSifter’s Playbook Architects tailor them to your positions.
